What we love the most is when Red Barn fans use our cheese in creative ways. We see so many stunning food photos and share as many of them as we can, but it's not often that someone actually sends us the recipe too!
We are extremely excited to share this particular recipe ahead of Valentines Day so that you may indulge in a delicious date night dinner for two.
Cupola Artisan Cheese is the star of this dish. Did you know that Cupola is an original recipe cheese exclusive to Red Barn Family Farms? It's handcrafted in small batches by a Master Cheesemaker and won Best of Class at the 2019 American Cheese Society competition. Cupola is a firm yet supple cheese with a fruity and nutty flavor profile. It melts right into the dish below, lending a deliciously unique flavor to this pasta dish.
